- Design and develop database processes as part of complete Document Imaging and processing for the Trucking Industry.
- Manage the Oracle and SQL Server databases used for the development and QA team.
- Performance tuning of existing SQL, as well as new development of stored procedures and triggers using Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft Transact SQL

- Identified moving brokerage processes that would benefit from technology solutions, and by implementing these contributed considerably to 1 million dollar revenue after only 6 months into this new business.
- Successfully eliminated the need for a large data entry and administrative team, by automating the lead processing of the sales department.
- Designed, developed and implemented tools for the Operations Department. Increased efficiency and improved employee motivation by replacing manual processes with "unattended" automated processes.
- Introduced an automated communications engine, driven by business rules and a database event manager.

As one of the first employees in this successful web based company, coordinated the implementation of the initial technology allowing an accelerated presence on the Internet. Continuing the accelerated time table, designed the Oracle database structure using Designer 2000 and developed stored procedures that complemented the BroadVision application.
- Designed an effective back-end process for ServiceMagic.com’s search and match processes in PL/SQL, allowing ServiceMagic to grow their paying contractor base to 20000 members.
- Designed and developed an event-manager for controlling back-end processes using Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Application Server thus reducing the connecting time between consumers and contractors from 48 hours to less than a few minutes.
- Effectively served as hands-on lead for Oracle development team, during ever changing maturity stages of the company.

Maintained and enhanced the Ticket Control System (TCS), an Oracle client server-system used in telecommunications industry for tracking trouble tickets. TCS is developed using Oracle Designer/2000 and Developer/2000 (Forms 5.0, PL/SQL, WebServer). Web-enabled said application using Oracle Application Server allowing an on-line demo to draw in new customers.
- Designed and developed an on-line financial magazine application, using Oracle database, HTML and JavaScript in combination with Netscape Server technology (FastTrack & LiveWire).
- Involved in design and development of an Oracle based Intranet E-mail system.
